What should I say? Well, I’ve been around for a while – over a hundred years actually – but the last few of them have become much more colourful for me.

Since 2008 I have been home to the KuK-BDSM Verein and have been slowly getting myself into shape to make them feel more and more welcome. Of course I’m already a pretty good host – I have 5 double rooms, all with ensuites, that my guests are welcome to stay in. If things get even more crowded then there are bunks in the office, plenty of room outside for tents, and for the less well behaved there are two beds in each of the 3 cells in my free-standing prison.

Oh yes, among other lovely additions I have a 3 cell prison with walkway and interrogation room. There are a number of hard points for those with an affinity for rope, fixtures on a wall or two, and of course plenty of colourful furniture for visitors to use in imaginitave ways.

In total there is 360 square meters of space in the main house, and in addition to the 5 double rooms upstairs, there is a large office, a shared downstairs bathroom, a large dining room/lounge, a smaller lounge/playroom, and a large double kitchen with walk in pantry. Then there is the main play area – a 240 square meter former dance hall with 40 square meter stage and large attic above with beams that are perfect for suspensions.

Outside the grounds give another 7000 square meters of room to play with. There is more than enough room for whatever outdoor activities you please, whether it is relaxing around a fire, enjoying a bbq in summer, or something that some may label “horsing around”. Like the visitors that come here I’m pretty private, so I’ve kept my distance from the neighbours, have lots of trees around to protect from prying eyes, and if you wander through the small woods at the back you’ll find yourself in open and empty fields.
